(OB, Midwife, Doulas, MFM, Lactation Consultant, etc) -tips for a healthy pregnancy -what to expect and how to manage each stage of labor. (Actual birth planning & practicing comfort measures) -how to advocate for yourself, your baby, and your birth wishes. making decisions with confidently, never fearfully! -learn exactly how birth works. Don't be a deer in headlights! -Q&A session at the end, ask me anything!!! I've been in birth work for over a decade and have helped so many families feel empowered and truly ready and excited for their births. Birth is a sacred, transformative life event. I believe families deserve to feel informed, supported, and deeply rooted in their own strength along the way.
