Before moving to Florida in 2024, I ran my own successful doula business for nearly a decade. During those years, I had the privilege of supporting countless families through pregnancy, labor, birth, and early parenthood. I also had the opportunity to serve many families as a home birth midwife assistant, gaining experience supporting families who chose to birth outside of the hospital setting.

Birth work has always been my true passion.

I teach childbirth education, help families prepare for pregnancy and birth, provide guidance on prenatal self-care, and offer hands-on labor support in the comfort of your own home. I can help you understand what you're experiencing during labor, create a calm and supportive environment, recognize when it's time to contact your midwife or head to the hospital, and help you and your partner feel confident and informed along the way.

There is so much that can be done during early labor at home to help families feel safe, supported, and empowered. For many families, thoughtful preparation and continuous support can help reduce unnecessary interventions and contribute to a more positive and less stressful birth experience.

I myself have had a classic cascade-of-intervention-to-unnecessary-cesarean, to a midwife supported hospital vbac, and then went on to have two amazing home birth experiences surrounded by my loved ones. I can honestly say they were the happiest moments of my life, and I enjoy helping other families achieve their own similar moments of pure bliss.
